  3. Looks yummy want to try. But can we use this dough for making zatar roti bcoz in saudi mrng breakfast we get here will zatar roti filled with cheddar cheese.so I want to try this dough making it zatar.plz suggest how can I make zatar roti.

  11. In my fatayeer dough i put egg and butter ,is it good for putting in the ingredients? Why is coming hard the bread after and hour? Or i just follow this steps of yours ingredients..thanks

    This is a delicious receipe. The fatayer didn’t hold shape though. I madethem with cheese and with meat stuffings but they opened up flat during baking. Any advises?
