  1. Asc…I need help please. I made the boubous but the coarse semolina I used was too course and the boubous was kind of crunch texture. Also, the fine one you use seems more like a flour but the fine one I was looks more like your coarse ones. Also mine is yellow. Are there different kind of semolina? Please help because I loved the smell and the taste of the cake but just didn’t like the texture.

    1. We think you used corn grits and not semolina which is made from wheat. If you have coarse semolina, you can get fine semolina by grinding it in a coffee or spice grinder. The more you grind it, the finer it will become. You can also use the cornmeal you have and grind it to the required texture.

    1. salut nora, je comprendre le français (debutant), arabe et anglais si vous avez une question tu peux me demande. Tu peux aussi utiliser (translate.google.com) je pense la difficulte est de faire la creme patissiere blanche mais les autres choses sont facile. Bon chance de faire cette recette!

    بالنسبة للقشطة هل يجب تحضيرها بنفس وقت خبز البسبوسة؟؟ او يجوز استخدام القشطة المسبقة التحضير قبل يوم محفوظة بالثلاجة خصوصا اذا كانت متماسكة فكيف تفرد على البسبوسة ؟؟؟
