We have a son who is a cheesecake lover. He is the younger of our two boys and cheesecake is his favourite dessert. Nothing else comes close. When we go out to eat, we do not need to ask him what he will have for dessert. The only time we need his input on dessert is when there is more than one cheesecake on the dessert menu.
A baked cheesecake is definitely not a quick dessert and is not something you can whip up fast when the urge hits. A no-bake cheesecake takes much less time to prepare and can take care of your craving. This raspberry cheesecake is smooth, creamy, cheesy, sweet, and tangy all in one. We know it is a winner. How? Our son tasted it and gave it his seal of approval.

Crust
Ingredients:
- 11 Oreo cookies
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) unsalted butter (melted) – optional
Directions:
- Crush the cookies using a knife, or crush them in a food processor.
- Press the cookie crumbs on a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan. For a harder crust, add 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional).
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Filling
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces (85 grams) raspberry jelly powder – we used Jell-O
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) water (hot)
- 17½ ounces (500 grams) cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup (100 grams) white granulated sugar
- 2 cups (474 milliliters) Cool Whip whipped topping
- raspberries (fresh)
Preparing The Cheesecake Filling:
- Mix the Jell-O powder with the hot water and stir well.
- Combine the cream cheese, sugar and Jell-O mixture.
- Mix well and whip for 3 minutes.
- Fold in the Cool Whip whipped cream.
- Pour the filing over the crust, then level and smooth the top.
- Decorate with raspberries, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Nous avons un fils qui adore le cheesecake. Il est le plus jeune de nos deux fils et le cheesecake est son dessert préféré. Et de loin. Quand nous allons dîner dehors, nous n’avons pas besoin de lui demander ce qu’il veut comme dessert. Le seul cas où nous lui demandons son avis pour le dessert est quand il y a plusieurs cheesecakes au choix sur la carte des desserts.
Un cheesecake cuit n’est pas un dessert rapide à faire et ne peut pas être préparé en vitesse s’il nous vient une envie soudaine. Un cheesecake sans cuisson prend beaucoup moins de temps à préparer et est tout aussi satisfaisant. Ce cheesecake à la framboise est à la fois crémeux, parfumé, sucré et acidulé. Nous sommes sûr qu’il est très bon. Comment? Notre fils l’a goûté et l’a approuvé.

Fond de tarte
Ingrédients:
- 11 Oreos
- 2 cuillères à soupe (30 ml) de beurre doux (fondu) – facultatif
Instructions:
- Écrasez les biscuits avec un couteau, ou écrasez les en utilisant un robot.
- Tasser les miettes de biscuits dans un moule à charnière de 9 pouces (23 cm). Pour obtenir un fond plus dur, ajoutez 2 cuillères à soupe de beurre fondu (facultatif).
- Réfrigérez 1 heure.
Garniture
Ingrédients:
- 3 onces (85 grammes) de de gelée à la framboise en poudre – nous avons utilisé du Jell-O
- 2 cuillères à soupe (30 ml) d’eau (chaude)
- 17½ onces (500 grammes) de fromage frais (ramolli)
- ½ mesure (100 grammes) de sucre blanc en poudre
- 2 mesures (474 ml) de Cool Whip
- framboises (fraîches)
Préparation De La Garniture Du Cheesecake Et Montage Du Gâteau:
- Mélangez la poudre de Jell-O avec l’eau chaude et bien tourner.
- Assemblez le cream cheese, le sucre, et le Jell-O
- Bien mélanger et fouettez 3 minutes.
- Incorporez délicatement le crème fouettée Cool Whip
- Versez la garniture sur le fond de tarte, égalisez et lissez le dessus.
- Décorez avec des framboises, puis réfrigérez au moins 3 heures.

- 2 ملعقة كبيرة (30 مليلتر) زبدة غير مملحة (مذابة)
طريقة التحضير:

- توضع الحشوة على طبقة البسكويت ويسوى السطح.
- يزين بالتوت الاحمر ثم يبرد لمدة 3 ساعات على الاقل.

I live in England so some of the products you used are Americana d are not found here, instead I used angel delight jelly mix and I used normal whipped cream and it turned out right
I also used other biscuits like digestives and custard cream
